I just installed Fallout 3 and put FOSE in the game directory in order for FOMM to detect it. After installing the patch, I clicked the 'Launch FOSE' button, but the game doesn't launch. When I click it again, I get the message "There is already an instance of Fallout 3 running." It took me all night just to get FOSE working correctly, and now I have this to deal with. Please, somebody help me. I'm sure this problem has been solved before, but I don't want to go drudging through thousands of posts to find the answer.
