I found the noat in the redcliff castle dongen and it talks about the man haveing his farm burned then being broght there to die and it tells you to go and tell his family what happend, but I havent been able to find out where Im suppose to go, any help?

That's not a quest of anysorts, just a random letter. It was suppose to be a quest but it was cut. Sorry
