4K textures make game look worse?

I got no idea what's causing it :/.

 

I've had the same issue in the past, but with 2k textures.

I use Mod Organizer, LOOT, Wyre Bash, TES5Edit, and the DSR and FNIS patchers.

 

PC specs: gtx 970, i5-4690k, 8 gigs of ram

 

EDIT: Issue solved. Needed the Project Parallax HD2K 1-3 patch. Made an album that shows the result: http://imgur.com/a/4MNb0
