2 Armor Mods as NPC's Outfits = Save Error Close Dialog Boxes

Ok. So what I am trying to do is get Mjoll the Lioness to no longer equip her outift when I "Alternate Actor" her to equip the Sorceress Armor (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/48446/?), and to equip R18Pn 08 - Lingerie (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52168/?) for sleep. The issue is that if I go in and just under the CK and select "none" for the 2 outfit sets, she will choose the armor that is of higher stats if I were to trade things with her. Also she reverts back to her outfit whether I forcibly equip the Sorceress armor or discard her uniform gear.

To begin, I use MO. I downloaded the mods through that, and the .esp files are not in the skyrim data folder, so I copied and pasted those files for both above mods into the data folder and ran CK with skyrim.esm, Davjes_UNPSorceressArmor.esp, and R18pn - lingeries Set.esp checked, with the 2 .esp's active. I also went through and tried running them both separately. However, if I understand it correctly, if I were to want to adjust her outfits using 2 seperate mods, I would need to make 2 .esp's and that could cause conflicts, and LO wouldn't really solve that. Also, I get the error that says I need to close all dialog boxes before saving. And to be clear, there aren't any boxes open. I have searched Q&A's about that error and followed all the suggestions pertaining to it, so if someone has a different suggestion to traverse that other than "look for the freakin open boxes you missed maann," that would be awesome.

So I guess what I need help with are:

1) Is having 2 copies of the armor .esp's (1 in my MO mods folder and 1 in the skyrim data folder) possibly causing an error, and should I just uninstall from MO and place in my skyrim data?

2) Can I link the 2 armor mods similarly to how Jet4571 explains in his post (http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/605633-linking-an-armor-mod-to-another-mod-without-esp-or-esm-master-tip-for-beginners/) and use the new .esp containing both armors to run with CK alongside skyrim.esm?

3) If I run CK with skyrim.esm and Davjes.esp (active) (R18pn - Lingerie not checked) and go through the process of making the outfit, and then adjusting the information in the actor file for Mjoll, click ok and make sure the window closes, and try to save, I get the error message that I have to close all dailog boxes before saving, and closing the object window doesn't help either. I cannot tell what the issue is.

Thanks :D

So I tried making a random mod to see if CK was even working and I was able to make a small cell and load into it in game. But for some freakin reason, now whenever I even just start CK and load the skyrim.esm data and try to save a file before doing anything, I get that frakking message "you must close all open dialog boxes before saving" everytime and can't do a freakin thing. I am so irked right now. Even uninstalling CK and reinstalling it is not working. oh, and I also went ahead and deleted the .esp's for the two mods mentioned above from the skyrim data folder. at this point I am just trying to adjust Mjoll's outfit options and inventory to make the armor I give her better than whatever she has on her at the time, so she will choose that armor regardless.

I went ahead and tried editiing Mjoll in Skyrim NPC Editor mod source, and put the .bsa and .esp files it generated into my skyrim folder. Upon loading Skyrim it ctd'd before even loading the game options, so I unclicked the .esp file in plugins and the game could run. But still unable to get what I wanted done. Gonna stop whacking at this dying beast for the time being until I can get some help.

Figured out a way around the "close all dialog boxes" message by doing the changes I wanted, then ending CK's processes through task manager and it would come up with a "save: yes/no" inquiry. worked out. still freaking annoying though.
