So its known that Hawke's mother 's maiden last name is Amell, and that Hawks sister is a mage.

So, the "Amell Factor" Human mage character in DA:O has the surname Amell.... Now if we imported data from a saved game, would we be able to have mention (while playing under DA:2) if there would be any mention of a cousin, or another family member being taken to the circle (if that saved game was that of a human mage (m/f)).

It will be a couple dialogue lines at the most.

Not really major, mage Amell is like second cousin to Hawke or something like that. The most you would get is a few lines, nothing else.
