A short distance Southeast up the hill from the pond across the road from the castle gate. IIRC correctly that are two site with clues near each other, both next to rocks and bushes

The second quest should start a few days after you have purchased ALL the upgrades for the castle. The guard Ylgar should approach you and start a conversation. For this part of the mod I recommend running Glenvar near last in the load order, after any other mods that might alter or add custom *GREETING topics, to avoid the ad topic bug that comes up for many player here, resulting in Ylgar have no topic when he approaches you.

Hello,

In using the mod "Lush and gaudy water" I noticed that the master bathroom water is magenta while the thermae water looks normal from the top, but from underwater the surface is magenta as well. This happens in Glenvar castle only???

Do you have any suggestion on how to correct this. Would be nice to understand why these things do happen.

Hey there!
This has to be one of my favorite mods, I love how the quest actually forced you to think rather than follow a quest marker. So satisfying to finish. I am experiencing one problem, however: after finishing the first quest and purchasing a bunch of upgrades, I find that my castle is locked. I have waited a couple days with no change. Is there a set time after buying the "cleaning" upgrade before you can actually enter? Thanks

Looking at the script int eh CS it should happen immediately.
Check back to see if you actually purchased that upgrade, and if so then go back to a save before you did so, then try buy it without buying any other contract first, go check the castle, then buy the others. Maybe too many scripts running at one time interfered with this one running.

This is how it is until you complete the first quest and then buy the castle cleanup option. The first part of the quest is puzzle solving finding your way in through the Botany and secret passages.

How to properly use this mod.
By: Me.


1. Get into the secret back entrance.
2. Calmly inspect area, looking for clues on as to what to do.
3. Let 10 minutes pass.
4. Run around beating and using every single square centimeter in the cave area.
5. Decide poorly made quest.
6. Wish you had an actual castle mod, not a quest mod.
7. Uninstall mod.
