Which high heels do you use?
If there is a deformed mesh, it is probably the Addk1k high heel.
Addk1k's was an old system which has a lot of problems.
The Asian community ceased using it like 2 weeks later.

It shouldn't give you much problems.
I don't really know how Addk1k's works, but it involved tilting the foot node, and it cause a lot of problems.
But VipCxj's high heels is just very simply lift your character up.
Although many pose mod with object does not rig the object to Scene Root, which means the object would not lift upward as the character do (but this is the pose's problem, as this is solvable on their end).

One question though. In the video, you zoom in to first person view when you're aiming with the bow. Is that a separate mod or is it a part of this mod?

Bad stuff fist.
If you have trouble reading this then put it in to a tanslator.
- after landing the high heels .kf's are reset. so the mesh looks deformed.
-the animations for the wings should be quicker. That way it will look more as if you are pushing the air down.

-Maybe make it an alteration spell.
-add flying sounds.
-fall to the ground when knocked down.

the high heels .kf's being reset is because of update3D. Only if I make the high heels esp to the master, I can know when the model is update3D, and I can reset the high heels. However, this is a independent mod.

Question: I have creatures in my game that *should* be able to fly (Imps, bats, birds, cliffracers) but only hover above the ground a bit. Does your mod fix flying creatures also? Or would they still be stuck a meter from the ground as I fly high above?

Now the fly-mode is just aviliable for NPCs and player

Also you said you are running DR6 with CCAO? no conflict?
Cause that would be awsome but i don't understand how that is possible....
