sevencardz Posted June 20, 2015 Share Posted June 20, 2015 (edited) Straight to the point - the horse's animation is distorted near the horse's left hip and down the leg, but only while trotting. It's a vanilla issue. My graphical friends say it may have something to do with the weighting or rigging on the skeleton. You need somone to remodel the horse, however by doing this they might corrupt the horse file, or they might make the whole horse distorted. Its a risk. SonnyMas94 Posted October 8, 2015 Share Posted October 8, 2015 Have you checked Skyrim Horses Renewal by Fuse00? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54908/? It has standalone horse animations that can be downloaded and an optional standalone horse rider animation for the player (and npcs/followers if follower mods are used). Its a brand new animation and it has no distortion of any kind. I think the HDT horse manes and tails are also part of the standalone animations as HDT Physics Extensions comes up as a requirement (if you want the physics, non HDT users can still use it i think) when clicking to download it. If not, no biggie, but I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing in nifskope, so I'd have to learn how to graphics in Skyrim before I could even attempt it.
