SKYRIM, HELP! (Magic effects active, can not remove)

I have two different magic effect active on my character, i tested some codes, but i did not find any of them that remove.

 

One of them that i have pretty long time for now is that ice steams come out from body with annoying noise. can't hear shet mostly.

So this is the 1 i need help with.

 

Second one is ice on skin or ice drops on skin (+ some on equipment and weapon), got that one about 2-3 days ago. i hope someone with huge genius brain can help me find the remove codes of this 2 active spell effect on character.

 

 

Yes i already found 1 topic about codes, but there is too many of em, and i didn't see anywhere any picture of the effect that i have one mine.

Find fix for 1 of it, used codes player.removespell 104d4b ('frost atronach fx')

and player.removespell 03027329 ('Ahzidal's Necromancy')

 

But still, i need help with this one. (pictures in fpw and 3pw)
