Does anyone know a utility that will allow me to find the Base ID of an object from a Morrowind mod? Something like FormID finder or RefScope for Oblivion.

Then my other problem is how to get an NPC to equip said item. I though that the Morrowind console would have the equivalent of the Oblivion equipitem command; but it doesn't.
