I think it might have been by 10% but I'm not certain. I really want to find this perk so that I can edit it. It seems like a nice more stable alternative to the Increased Weapon Damage mod. Just ramp that up for more decisive battles. I can't seem to find it anywhere in the perks list. Thanks for any help!
