Body replacer textures problems

Title is kinda self explanatory. I have problems with textures on both male and female replacers. I'm using Breezes FO3 males and DImonized Type 3 (I've also tried type 5, with same results). I'm also running FO3 through Mod Organizer FOSE.

Here is what my load order in MO looks like.

So, small update. I installed the replacers and ran the game outside MO (through NMM, used archive invalidation that is there) and everyhting looked normal. I went back, and thought, maybe because the replacers were installed directly in the Data folder outside of MO that it would work, I also removed the replacers from MO and disabled all mods, but I get the same result as in the pictures. I've also tried Robert's replacer, but with same results.

Ok, so I found the solution. In case anyone has this problem, do the following:

Go to your */mod organizer/profiles folder

Find your active profile folder (if you didn't make any profiles there will be a single folder named Default). Open it.

Inside there should be archives.txt.

Open archives.txt

it should have list of bsa files, something like this:

Fallout - Invalidation.bsa - This one must be at the top. If it isnt, place it on top, and save the file.
Fallout - Textures.bsa
Fallout - Meshes.bsa
Fallout - Voices.bsa
Fallout - Sound.bsa
Fallout - MenuVoices.bsa
Fallout - Misc.bsa
Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch.bsa

Then open Fallout.ini and check if the following lines are set

bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
SInvalidationFile=

Also, very important, check this line:

SArchiveList=Fallout - Invalidation.bsa, Fallout - Textures.bsa, Fallout - Meshes.bsa, Fallout - Voices.bsa, Fallout - Sound.bsa, Fallout - MenuVoices.bsa, Fallout - Misc.bsa

It absolutely NEEDS to have Fallout - Invalidation.bsa, and it needs to be first. Mine didn't, and that, along with archives.txt was the main cause of the problem. Implement these two fixes, and everything should work just fine.

Have a nice day...
