I've found nearly every location except for a few shacks and caves, beaten the game once, made my perfect character, beaten most legendary monsters, killed all fiend leaders... Now what? I want more stuff to do! I need some quest mods! I've done New Vegas Bounties part 1 and am waiting for part 2, tried Wasteland Defense and found out it was quite buggy and crashy, tried RTS, made me a man village and a few trading/mining/lumbering outposts.

So... what are your suggestions?

well, you may not know about Puce Moose, but he is one hell of a modder, and he makes some awesome quest mods
he made 5 mods for Fallout 3 before moving on to New Vegas, where he has already created two episodes of a quest mod
i would really recommend you to give his quest mods a try
you can easily find his profile, but in there you will only see a link for episode 2 - fear not, as it also has episode 1 in it

if you really want something serious, why not try a new game, and this time side with the Legion??
i don't know how it is, as this is the only option i didn't try, but it sounds like quite a unique experience (go into Camp McCarren with your team, and kill all the NCR soldiers..... sounds like fun, right?? )

Have you considered making music videos or even machinima? With all the controls, mods and effects it's not too hard and it makes the whole wasteland into your studio lot. The funny thing is that as soon as you've posted one to Youtube, you look at it and think, tch! should have done that different or could have done that . . . It gets quite addictive.

Iavor you relize that most of the caves have rare items and tons of monsters to kill. Until you go to all of them then dont complain about that. Plus try increased wastland spawns which adds a lot of enemies which will take time to kill, unless your using any overpowered items.

Well, now that the new DLC is out I will have something more to do, that's for sure! Also the ones I haven't explored are the ones near deadwind cavern...

Yup dead wind cavern has rare armor in it. The new DLC i do not want to spoil since i beat it about 2 months ago is extremely stupid and difficult. I already have all the rare items from it it including all the armor and 35 gold bars on xbox(which is a glitch you normally can only take 4). Also once you leave the sierra madre you can never return. You also can not get any of the ghost people armor ( which is the coolest). Also the best armor in the game if your not modding is the assassin suit and that can be located in the medical center. There is only one assassin suit and it is about 10 times better than the chinese stealth armor. All in all the new dlc sucks except for the guns and knifes (which ill let you find) and the assassin suit. Plus SPOILER!!!!!, You can not actually get any of the money or weapons and armor in the vault theat elijah talks about.
