Its because patch 1.03 and patch 1.04 breaks the way that some of the mods scripts work. What you have to do is deactivate your mods that add items directly to the character's inventory, and then start up the new character. Get the toon to a savegame point, save the game.
Then reactivate the mods by putting a checkmark back next to them in the list. Start up from the savegame again, and then they should load correctly.

Same thing.

Disable/uninstall the add-item mods. Start game. Make NEW save. Exit game. Re-enable/reinstall add-item mods. Restart game. Load Save. The items should now appear in your inventory.

i did it both ways

unchecked, loaded, saved, exit, checked, loaded... didn't work

then uninstalled with modmanager, loaded, saved, exit, installed with modmanger, loaded.. also didn't work

think i'll have to start a new save again.. but i'll have to do this EVERY new save file i create?

oh, btw.. i have already started a new game before this one i got this problem now, and the mods were there

thank you :)

You don't have to do this everytime you make a Save. Only to get the add-items mods to work the first time in A NEW GAME.

Ok, first off... please specify "Save file". Are you talking about every time you make a new character, or are you saying that everytime that you save the game, that your mods aren't coming in?

And yeah, if you're talking about new character, you have to do it everytime that you create a new character. disable then first before you start the new toon. Because once it's bugged, it's pretty much impossible to get those scripts to work right on that character. :(

Ok, cool. There for a second I was thinking that it was every time that you were saving the game. I was thinking OMG this guy has something Seriously Wrong!

No problem. But yeah, patch 1.03 and 1.04 pretty much hooched the pooch on some of these mods :(
