Ok, first off I am new to the modding community, but I am far from computer illiterate. I have read all of the FAQ and a considerable amount of the bugs people encounter and I simply can not find anything similar to my problem. My problem/problems are as follows:
= 3/35 times I start FO3 (with FOSE) the mod works flawlessly. (Great mod by the way!)
= The other 32/35 times I start FO3 (with FOSE) I can be in parts of the mod, but when I try to save or it needs to load another area, regardless whether it is part of the mod or not, my game will CTD.
I am 99.97296% sure I installed EVERYTHING properly, but since the mod doesn't work properly 91% of the time it is obviously possible I have made a mistake. Please help because I enjoy this mod very much when it works properly!

I'm also stuck in the underwater base at the engineering hatch. It wont open and says it opens at another location. I don't have many mods installed, and its been really difficult to find an answer to this problem.. any ideas?

Engineering opens at the terminal in that junction. But you need Ruiz to open it. That's part of the scripting, if you don't do it right, use the console “MOVETO PLAYER xx0AD481”. That’ll put Ruiz right next to you.

Greeting, I've found this expension to be interesting but a weird situation occur and i dont seem to find the source; it seem that no matter what i do the old crew, meaning the mecanic woman, the cowboy, the samurai, the medic and the child, are still stuck as if i never left the mothership so the crew that it suppose to leave never leave meaning the bodies of all the aliens and robots crash all over the ship are never clear out even when i install the new mothership zeta crew ... i can still play but to be honest it's kinna weird seing everyone walking around all the bodies and the crap cumulated by the old crews with all the new stuff appearing in the expension. Is it suppose to be this way ? Is it possible to clean the deck from all the trash leftover from my previous mission ? could be nice to find a solution, i've try to take a clean savegame from the end of zeta and try to advance the stage throught the console but it doesnt seem to change a thing, i've try reinstalling zeta and zeta crew nothing there, i even try to reinstall most of the important stuff like unofficial patch, fwe and other mods ... As anyone find a way to clean the bridge and the engenering deck ?

I have no problems with frame rate in FO3, but in the Apollo district and in the teleport room (with the workbench and stasis chamber) on the bridge i see only a screenshots

I think i have a new problem, at the start where you need to go to the engine core, the teleporter (if you face it and turn around) the whole other part of the ship is missing! and if you walk out you just fall and get teleported back to the ship...

I someone made a small mod that cleans up the dead Aliens and junk, but I can't seem to find it. If you want to go through and do it yourself, via the "~disable" command (that's console ~ followed by "disable"), then I recommend downloading Slicer51b's Shorter Zeta mod here: http://fallout3nexus...e.php?id=15369. It will make the task much easier.

Texture bug, all goes random and stuff (mod locations and items[like armors and weapons]), and Tyranid they stand still and if they get killed my game go crash.
EDIT: nevermind, i fixed it.
Just download: http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/944 (Program version) and activate it

Hey i have this mod runing but all the textures are secrewing up and keep shisfting between different textures.
Yeah I fixed it now though the doors to the captins cabin and the council meeting room don't apear
