Well when Morrowind was first released they didn't have that kind of technology... it might be pheasable now but I doubt it was then. Even if it was it'd have taken months of additional coding.

Seriously though, MW needs more fatties.
I seriously like almusik's idea - builds should vary based on certain stats.
Whilst that's not a realistic proposition for the near future, I'd at least like to see a little more variety in body models. Everybody is pretty much the same size, which means there's an unrealistic emphasis on face textures for differentiating between people.
The problem is of course, that every clothing and armour model would have to be recreated and reskinned for each different body size.
A massive project, but someone out there must be willing to pick up the gauntlet?
