Load order help, game works fine til combat/rifle scope animation

Game has worked fine up until this point, no crashes in hours after sorting with BOSS. Then I get into Evergreen Mills and halfway into the fight I get an instant crash every time.

I tested scoping in and out with a rifle (Lincolns Repeater with a mod scope) and it seemed to occasionally cause a crash there as well, and there is an occasional crash immediately after exiting buildings (Although this doesn't happen often and doesn't repeat itself after re-launching the game)

Anyhow, here is the load order after BOSS sorts, and attached in a text file is the exported mod list (Using FOMM, ArchiveInvalidated, and FOSE). Any help is much appreciated
