Is anyone else having problems with Rhianna attacking them or being too aggressive with other npc's when she's not in "Attack on site" mode?

Ok - I see a problem. In some situations, she can get into high-aggression mode when she's "relaxing." I'll have the patch up in a few. It will be version 0.83 when I upload it. I'll also fix the duplicating food bug.

Ok - aggression bug fixed. (I hope!)
Lancer31 - ya, I have always remove dcompanions too because their little problems start annoying me and that's one reason I decided to create my own. Now when something annoys me, I can just go fix it. I hope you'll keep trying Rhianna and let me know what bugs you - so I can fix that too. I'll do the best I can given the limitations of Oblivion, and I do think that the game and the toolkit provides everything you need if you really know what you're doing and know what you want. (I know what I want, but I'm still learning what I'm doing...)
My focus is on her behavior, her AI, especially in combat. You can mix in other mods for weapons, clothes, hot bods, etc. So if any of you see things that seem annoying in combat, let me know and I'll see what I can do about it. I don't promise to add feature requests, but I will definitely address any bugs in what I've coded that you people find.
Enjoy!

I know by now you are probably sick of hearing from me....btu this is my favorite companion mod so I have kept her around....I notice something though...
while I was in an Oblivion gate every time we got into a fight she kept sheathing her sword right in the middle of a fight.
again sorry for posting so much just trying to help you out...

Thank you, Jumonji, for your diligence, and your creativity! My apologies
for letting frustration make me less than civil.
Downloading the fix now!

Thx Jumonji. Can you make a "tutorial" for compagnions mods in the future ?

All of you - thanks for the kind words (and votes!) Rhianna is a labor of love, - but its a tremendous feeling to know that so many of you are enjoying have her as your companion, too. (Everyone.:"kum-bye-ya...")
SirDMB - first, why give her a sword? Give her a magic staff! She will be a better fighter with a magic weapon. Second, hmmm. Does she use her magic right after she sheaths her weapon? It might just be that she only uses her weapon when her magic is weak, and then when it recharges, she puts her weapon away and begins to use her destructive powers again. That's what she's supposed to do, anyway.
Can anyone else confirm this? Does she only put her weapon away when she starts casting spells? Or does she put her weapon away when she still needs it?

Alte_Europa,
Wow - thanks for that vote of confidence. I've always wished that someone would create a good companion tutorial... I never thought it would be me!
I tell you what. As soon as I am confident that you all think Rhianna is the best companion out there (at least in terms of combat behavior,) I'll write that tutorial. So keep telling me about any problems so I can fix them!
BURROLOCO - thanks so much for your kind words.

I think it was just the sword and I didn't give her the sword she picked it up after we slaughtered some Murauders:-P
but no at that time she wasn't trying to use her magic....she was just pulling it out then sheathing it again....I think I am going to give her a staff because she seemed fine after I took the sword away....

SirDMB - hmm. I hate to give away secrets but... I put a timer on her combat. If she stay's in combat with the same enemy, her combat status will cycle off so that she can pick another enemy or, if her enemy has fled, she can quit trying to follow them threw walls or whatever.
So that may be what is happening - is she staying in combat with the same enemy for a long time and cycling her weapon status? (A long time in game terms is ... 10 seconds.)
