I went back to playing Morrowind almost two months ago, and I've ran into a couple of nasty bugs. One is I can't complete the quests given to me by Redoran Councillor Garisa Llethri, so now I can't become a Redoran Councillor myself. And secondly, the constant effect enchantment of Skull Crusher won't disappear, even if the weapon isn't in my inventory.

These are things that are annoying, and I want to know how to fix 'em. I should mention though that with Garisa Llethri I completed the actual quests beforehand, collecting evidence of Hlaalu corruption, and halting the Caldera mining operation. I'm guessing I wasn't supposed to, but I'm not sure.
