[Mod Organizer] I dont know what I did but I dont know how to fix it

So I need my mods in a certain order but something happened with the order and I think it had an impact in the game. It seperated the mods in folder like things but it messed some things up and also mods are in the wrong folders.

Hey this happened to me too. See the dropdown menu that says "nexus IDS" at the bottom? Yeah, switch that back to "no groups"
