Grey Face Bug. Facegen data has been removed or lost. Reinstall whatever body overhauls (CBBE, UNP etc) you have installed.

Thanks for the response. I tried that, but no luck. Most Jarls and almost everyone in Riften (plus a few others) have gray faces.

Your mod list didn't have any NPC modifications I could see but when you're running the Reqtifactor you can specify which mods you want to take precedence over the Requiem changes. I'm almost certain your gray face bug is due to Requiem in some way.

Hmm, probably, though I didn't tell Reqtifactor to give priority to any mod. I'm reinstalling everything (this time, through Mod Organizer instead of NMM) to see if that fixes the problem.

Thanks to everyone who helped me out.

 

Through endless tinkering after switching over to Mod Organizer (you should do it, too. If I can manage with 335 mods, you can do it as well. It's pretty easy), I spent a few minutes tinkering with my mods (since nothing ever actually gets placed in the data folder, this was incredibly easy) and found out that it wasn't actually a Gray face bug; it was just Porcelain Vampire Skin making almost every NPC have an incredibly pale/gray face,

 

Seriously, everyone go switch to MO. It saved me from having to potentially spend days fixing this.
