Zymoox Posted August 2, 2015 Share Posted August 2, 2015 Hello, I need help to make a shout that brings a lightning from the sky at Target Location on the Creation Kit. I'm the author of a mod called Infamous 2 Powers in Skyrim, and the shout I'm talking about is the Ionic Storm (for those who play Infamous 2).I've read that the lightning mesh needs to be an explosion that spawns an object, then attach that explosion to a Magic Effect and then to a Voice Power spell. The problem is: the shout doesn't even show up on the magic tab and when I get it through console commands, it doesn't do anything.Thank you for your help.
