I just had to make a thread, the dialogue system is fkin awsome !
Especially the middle option [2 heads laughing]
Man that sht cracked me up, some are funny as hell.
So far the game is definitely meeting my expectations, i dont know why people saying the game is worse than DAO.
Anyway ill be back, recruiting Isabela atm (dam shes hot lol)

The main issue with ME style dialog is that it limits your character options, as every line has to be voiced, and the line you see is only an abbreviation of what you say, and might not even be close. In fact, many times two different lines on the wheel lead to the same spoken line.

Guess thats true, well it would probably take forever + pain in the ass if there would be more options and then trying to voice everything.
Imo voicing did help the feeling that your character actually 'lives' if u know what i mean, so yeah i dont really have a problem with that ^^
Also curious, will DA 2 have an own Nexus site ? Prolly to early to ask though.

It's not that I don't like the ME style dialog wheel, or the classic PRG dialog choices of DA:O, I feel they both have merits and downfalls that make them equally enjoyable.
Also, it will not have a nexus site until a toolset is announced; so far the folks at Bioware are keeping a strict "we won't tell you" policy on whether or not a toolset will be released, though they have said that if it is released, it will likely be in the form of a patch to the one for DA:O.
