Skyrim Wheels of Lull mod: quest bugs

I just got wheels of lull and played through the first and second quest, I got through the ghost guy and hammered in the pegs successfully, the quest completed without ticking the mark that says return to Numinar in the journal, it hasn't triggered the next quest (The Mer in the High Castle) and I tried to reload back to the ghost and did that over again, I then go into the control room and the 1st quest completes but Numinar does not unlock the force field, disabling it through console does nothing because I cannot use the lever to get into the upper level, furthermore I have re enabled the player controls in the console so that I could talk to him and activate the lever but he just said even Llavados does a better job at getting things done, but the quest says still, to talk to him in the center of lul mor as well as the quest marker (it being on top of his head(Numinar's)) I have tried reloading again and again, nothing, I have tried re installing the mod and playing again through the whole thing and I still get stuck in the force field with a completed quest, a started quest and inability to return to the upper part of the place. PLEASE give any suggestion as to why this is happening, let me know of any conflicting mods you have noticed. Any help is appreciated, please do not post saying that this happened to you, anyone help, do not post unless you have something that you think will help. Thank you in advance.
