I made my character a male warrior and used Sophie's Choice to get Carver, because I had always had Bethany before. For some explainable reason, everyone in the game seems to think i'm a mage when my class is warrior. Explanations?

And also, Birthright isn't working as neither Bethany nor Carver appear in Gamlen's house.

This worked fine for me until I installed the Black Emporium... It overwrites Manifest.xml in Dragon Age 2/addins/da2_prc_one folder put there by Sophie's Choice. I can't load my save. I can change it back, so I can load my save, but I can't go to the Black Emporium. ;( Can anyone tell me what I need to do?

Nevermind :) I spent 10 mins figuring out where to put the stuff from the Sophie's choice Manifest into the one the Black Emporium installs and I think I got lucky, they're both working now, thanks anyway ^_~ :P I suppose I'll have to do it again, if and when I install more DLC x_x

Its generally helpful to explain how a particular function (like a toggle effect) works in the description of your mod or in a Read Me text file, instead of making people trudge through the comments in hopes of finding an answer.

Try again.

I have it installed in the addons but it isn't working anymore.

I have the newest dlc installed and game version is 1.3.

First as a mage I have mana bar before it was energy bar when I used this mod.

The game thinks that I am a mage and gives me carver after the ogre fight.

Anyone knows how to fix the issue. I have this mod installed in addins folder where my main dragon age directory is.

Any help would be welcomed.

Thanks in advance.

Some unexpected problems!

**Spoiler alert**

I would like to play this mod, but should make other gamers aware of one serious issue this mod causes.
Firstly, I do not mind the whole "NPC miss you are a mage" part - fits the story a bit actually, as you are after all living in a Templar infested cesspool of a city

BUT,

When I played Legacy DLC, this mod caused the items for Hawke to change to the randomly assigned class my mage changed to (description changed to Rogue). This is a bit of a bummer, as I can't do anything with the dagger myself, but it is locked to my character, so nobody else an use it either - a bit of a hard stop for me. Will have to replay from Lothering I guess. So long, Bethany, it was fun while it lasted.

Anybody find a way around this re-assignment of class?
