That's correct, it does start referring to you as the proper class again if you deactivate the mod. However, your remaining sibling starts talking in the voice of the one that died.

Trust me, the novelty of having Dr. Girlfriend for a sister wears off pretty quick. The choices are to be constantly referred to as the wrong class or to have a very strange-sounding and -acting sibling. The former is a little less immersion-breaking X3
