some high res/more detailed textures for dx9 users would be amazing (specifically the blurry textures on clothing n such) ive got a pretty powerfull rig and im stuck on "medium" settings and atm DA:O looked better.

I use DX9 (nVidia GT 240, so no DX11 for me ) don't have the "Hi-Res Texture Pack", and I had no problem choosing the "High" option of the Video settings menu. Looks much sharper than DA:O in most situations (not that I necessarily think that's an improvement... )

Huh? You can use the high graphics withouth DX11?
How the F did you do that?
I can't select it. It says I need DX11 wile I have a Windows XP with DX9

PS: My Computer can totally handel higher graphics

have a video card that can use DX11, but you have windows xp ( Windows XP is discontinued)

Lol Dragon Age II Patch : High Resolution Texture Pack works with DX9 so my graphics are good now x)

yep, hight rez texture are design to work wihtout dx11. You will not have the effect dx11 related tho.

Is it worth installing the high res textures if you are only on dx9?

my game looked grate with pout the High Resolution Texture Pack with its i can bearly tell the diffrence but there is a diffrence. the shadow look better for one. and my pc cant ruun assinsen creed 2 on low
