I haven't found all the companions yet.

I'm currently trying to raise funds for the Deep Roads expedition with Varric's brother, after the year of servitude to Meeran/Athenril. In addition to Varric, Aveline and Carver/Bethany, I have only managed to find Merril and have located Anders, though not recruited him. Where are Isabela and Fenris hiding? Am I in the right time frame?

I ask because I'm concerned that if I move out of the time frame where I'm meant to recruit them, without having recruited them, I'll lose the opportunity.

You can recruit Isabela by going into the Hanged Man at night after you complete the quest "Tranquility". You can get Fenris by doing a quest for a Dwarf to find some stolen merchandise.
