For now just having them listed on the standard DA nexus is fine .. they even have separate categories

There's really no point with no toolset on the horizon, and the structure of the game doesn't really allow for any significant mods.
Rather than check new files, I just go to the browse categories section and check new mods there. There's still few enough mods that it isn't much trouble to go through them.

I wish they would release the toolset - but if they did that they couldnt get as many people to pay for DLC...

If EA really thinks that then they're all morons.
Did the toolset affect DLC sales in DA:O? Do the toolsets of Bethesda's games affect their DLC? Hell no. I buy DLC based on it's quality regardless of what mods I'm using.

Especially because they can slap a cease-and-desist on anyone making a mod similar to DLC that's out.

It should definitely not have its own nexus. Morrowind and Oblivion do not have their own nexus. They're both in the Elder Scrolls series. And the nexus right now is Dragon Age...not Dragon Age Origins, so it's fine. If they gave DA2 its own nexus...they'd have tons of work to do to have series of a bunch of other games separate...which would result in a very crowded, complicated, and confusing website, with a whole lot of links. Plus, if they spent all their time making every nexus they have on here separate, they'd be wasting a bunch of time they could be spending on fixing bugs and making everything better. Plus...they'd have to hire people to work on this, meaning they'd have to pay them money. Then, they'd loose money and would not have enough money to support this website. Then, they would close it all down. And after it closes down, people will be confused where to get mods, so they Google their mods. Some people don't have good anti-virus or none at all or some that won't help them against very good viruses, so they'd fall into the trap of sites that have extreme viruses. Then comes the virus outbreak. 60% of gamers will have viruses on their computers due to the result of the nexus closing down. With viruses on computers, people won't be able to play their games, meaning that game stores would go out of business. But, with computers breaking down due to viruses, people would buy a bunch of computers and laptops. Computers would then be out of stock. But, wait! When people get their new computers and go to buy new games, they can't. Every game store in the world...closed. Then, when new computers and stuff comes out, people will not buy it because game stores have closed. The computer making people overproduced computers and laptops due to the high traffic. So, this ends up with computer companies to close. Microsoft, Blizzard, Bethseda Softworks, and all the others. Then, people will stop playing games all together and go outside and play sports. This would fix the obesity issue, but what about the number of kids going outside? More kids going outside...more opportunities for abductions. 70% of kids will go missing in the next years. To fix this, the president, now a female, will have to increase the number of policemen to patrol every street to make sure kids are safe. President being a woman, she overspends on the police forces to protect kids. America goes broke. Then, America is forced to sell itself to China. To test nuclear weapons, China uses America as a test zone. Eventually, all of America will be a gone by all the testing of nuclear weapons. We all die. America gone, the world goes into chaos. No free speech, no nothing. America was the role model, but not anymore. As a result to this, every country turns to a dictatorship. With all the dictators, more nuclear testing. Why? Because people are bored without video games. Earth then comes very, very, very polluted. We then all die, because we chopped every tree. The Earth then falls out of orbit because the weight of the Earth went way, way, way down. With us out of orbit, we fall and hit the Sun. The Sun then falls out of orbit, going somewhere into space, free floating. All the other planets then freeze. And how did this happen? You.

Is this what you want to happen?

Confirming that's exactly what would happen if I made a seperate site for DA2.

It's not scientific fact, but it has been proven...
