I forgot to mention that even with the new fnvhashes.sqlite, pyGFF still seems to miss some of the files and dumps them into the main file with a file name something like [0a7caae3b29fa57d]. If you can't find the file you're looking for in the art folder then you have to search through these to find it then get the correct file name and path from here http://svn.gib.me/pu...on Age 2/files/
Ok I was doing the file pathing all wrong, it works now thanks for the help!
The only thing I have to learn now is how to properly save the dds. file I alter in Photoshop. When I re-save the file it has a bunch of options like DXT1 RGB<bpp/no alpha and DXT1 RGB<bpp</1 bit alpha, etc etc etc. I heard you mentioning on this forum that you had to make your own alpha channel or somthing i'm not exactly sure what that means, again your explanations are very appreciated. Also I only altered the first dds. file as it was the one that contained the image I wanted altered. It comes up in game but it looks off, like it's missing a lot of detail.
