I'm looking for a mod that'll disable the ability to click-to-move via mouse button. It is very annoying and gets in the way of my combat strategies.

I've tried using 'R' to auto target/attack, and it just isn't the same.

If click-to-move gets in the way, then you're playing it wrong.

Anyway, there's a simple solution: don't click ;)

If you disable click-to-move, you have no way to move your party members within the pause interim. That equals game over in any of the more difficult movement-based fights. If you think you can trust the AI's pathing to not suck, you're dead wrong. You WANT click-to-move, and would do well to get used to it.

Disregarding R-targeting, you should right click targets to initiate targeting PRIOR to choosing single-target attacks; this will help you minimize errors caused by left clicking. If that doesn't work for you, then pause more often.

Clicking example:

Assassinate + Left Click = You'll probably end up misclicking and triggering click-to-move.
Right Click + Assassinate = You hit your desired target, because you preselected it and there's no chance to trigger click-to-move.

In reality, the only time you should be left clicking in battle is to select a party member or to initiate click to move. You can and should rebind hard-to-reach keys like 6-0 with keys like D, F, G, and X. Move your nonessential buttons, like sustained modes, off of the main keybind slots to make room for the skills you're actually using during a fight.

At any rate, I hope that doesn't come off as too brash. I understand that click-to-move can get in the way, but the truth is that if it is getting in your way, chances are you aren't playing the game as it was designed to be played.
