After playing through the game, i was rather disappointed in most of the companions.

**Spoilers**
Once "Sheparded by Wolves" quest was completed i thought it would have been great to have the Qunari mage survive and join your party.

1) The mage is struggling with his faith and in the end you convince him to join you and abandon the Qun for what they did to him, and he has a demon living within him.
2) The Arishok in return for helping him in one of the variable quests makes you an arvaarad.
3) A Tal Vashoth mage or warrior joins you out in the wounded coast.

"They have their own mages. The saarebas (from the word bas or thing/object) are considered defective tools-- but the qunari don't waste those, either. The qunari mages are literally kept on leashes, held by an arvaarad (their "handler").
Should they ever be seen to perform forbidden magic, their tongues get
cut out to prevent a mage who has been possessed by a demon from
communicating and possibly corrupting someone else."
o_O

If you agree this should become a mod drop a comment, even just a few words!! :whistling:

I think this is a great idea, and I agree most of the companions were seriously lackluster.

Yeah I wanted a Qunari in my party too. At first, I thought you could recruit Arishock because his area has a party change station, but I was sadly mislead :wallbash:

YES. ABSOLUTELY. I would love/adore having a qunari companion. ♥ I don't even care if they're not a mage-- I just want one like burning. I've wanted to have a qunari companion since I first saw the qunari re-designs...

...It'd be even more awesome if you were able to romance him (What? Don't judge! At least half of the romanceable characters in Mass Effect 2 are aliens that look just as abnormal as the qunari, if not more! xD).

Dude, I would even be willing to help financially support a mod that created (or picked up where a pre-existing qunari left off) a romanceable qunari companion. :)

(If interested in making my dreams come true (and perhaps filling your pockets along the way), here's my email: LillithTheOddity @ gmail.com)

THIS. EXACTLY. I may have also let out a cry of, "What the hell? How does that even make sense!?" when it first happened. xD I was totally shocked as my dreams crashed down around me. </dramatics>

Seriously, what was the problem for Bioware to include this character as a companion? He could have taught us much more about the Qunari. I'd love to see this mod done.

To bad there are no "Qunari" in this game. Just these pathetic devil looking things. Is there anything that Bioware didnt jack up in this game. Elves, Qunari, Isabela. Talk about dropping the ball.
