full file for nmm crashes at start, help?

Hi I am having trouble with the weapon wall displays they will not show the weapons after I sorted them

Is there something extra that needs to be done in order to send stuff to the mojave express box at the hideout? I can't get send anything to it.

I don't know if i'm doing something wrong or what but I installed this mod and NVSE (both the latest version as far as I can tell) and when I go to launch the game, before it even gets threw the first splash screen the game stops responding. I have made sure the launch order for the plugins is correct, tried using NMM and FOMM to launch it, tried manually installing it and i uninstalled the and reinstalled the game and I get the same problem. I don't have any other mods installed so there can't be a conflict. I am very frustrated with this mod by now. If anyone has had this issue and knows how to fix it please reply to this post or PM me.

Anybody can help with the "shop" in the armory? I cannot figure out how to activate it.
