Character death on every save load

I've just added few mods to my Skyrim game, but I can't find which ones are conflicting and causing this weird thing.

I just had the exact same problem and had just added Wheels of Lull. When I deleted it the dying problem went away. I would first take a look at the daymoyl as I have seen that mentioned in other posts about chars dying "unexpectedly". If it's not that I would start deleting your most recent quest mods. Hope this helps, this is a new problem for me and I think I got it beat this time.
