assassinate and backstab are good skills but id say my faves are:

Warrior:
-Sacrificial frenzy(Reaver Skill)
-- when combined with cleave and the upgraded assail it can kill off large groups of npcs faster than most mage builds.

Mage: (there are 4 mage spells i absolutely love)
-Fully Upgraded Walking Bomb
-Upgraded Pull of the Abyss(Force Mage)
-Upgraded Gravatic Ring(Force Mage)
-Upgraded Blood Slave(Blood Mage)
--Using these skills in the right order can result in a large group of enemies(even bosses) taking 3-4k AoE damage even in nightmare.

Rogue: (2 skills i love to use + 1 that is a must have for nightmare)
-Fully Upgraded Stealth(must have for nightmare)
-Upgraded Vendetta(Duelist)
-Upgraded Assassinate(Assassin)
--Assassinate and Vendetta can kill most enemies in one hit even in nightmare.

Haha, I'll add a +1 to assassinate. Gotta love 250%+ crit dmg, mark of death, brittle on target, decoy upgraded with the obscure crit dmg from shadow, and then finally a fully upgraded assassinate.... landed me quite a few 20k+'s... and only if I ever remember to put the mage debuff for -50% dmg resistance.... it'd be....

p.s : the animation for assassinate as an archer is friggin' sweet. Backflips ftw!
