Console Modding and the Future

Because of the news about Xbox being able to be modded now, who thinks that maybe we can have more mod options since that Windows 10 and Xbox are almost the same thing, past Fallout 4? Maybe be able to change a few settings that might be able to made Xbox better working. Heck, maybe make an Xbox modding program that can be used to place mods in, optimize it, make it run faster and perform better operations, like the fabled 'bad graphics' better.

I'm just asking since the gap between the Xbox and Windows have an almost bridged gap and maybe we can work the Xbox like a PC.

The Xbox is a closed system, Windows isn't, that alone limits what can done. Those playing on a console who are hoping for the PC like experience are going to be very disappointed, the Xbox struggles to hold 30 frames a second on a lot of titles, add intensive mods to the mix and the frame rate is going to look like a PowerPoint presentation.

I have a feeling that there are going to be a lot of complaints about the xbox supporting mods when it happenes because of this. I also feel a lot of xbox system updates following them.
