Alright so...

I've seen pictures of items that have like... eight slots, +15% or 30% attack speed etc.

I'm just wondering how that's managed, since I've only managed to give items one slot or 1-5% attack speed and things like that. How do I change these to what is desired, instead of what the game chooses by default?
