Glad you enjoyed the mod. I wish I had the time and I'd write you out a complete step-by-step, but I'll at least try to point you in the right direction.
This thread at the social bioware site has much of the information and links you'll need:
http://social.biowar...index/6422183/1The very first post includes a link to a tool called pyGFF. You need this to open the .erf files which contain the texture files.
If you're able to successfully open an .erf file and see it's contents, you'll need a program like photoshop or paint.net in order to open and edit the files.
Once you've edited them you then need to pack the texture files back into the .erf format. To do so you need the erfpack tool that you can download from this page:
