Okay if you swim down in the ice lake and look around a bit you'll find this guy with an axe in is head and a note in his inventory. It talks about a snow prince armor and some groupe of bandits that's suppost to be around the lake somewhere but I've never been able to find them...

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

It looks as if Angria, some sort of evil wizard or necromancer, was intent on stealing the armor of the Snow Prince, a powerful Falmer warrior who was slain in battle and given an honorable burial by the Nords at Jolgierr Barrow. It can be speculated that Angria and the mage's group of bandits set up base in the ice cave Frykte, but, as can be seen by Angria's remains on the roof of the cave, the mage had been killed. As suggested by the courier apparent's corpse at the bottom of Lake Fjalding, the message probably did not reach its destination and Angria was killed by a third party, most likely reanimated bodies that the necromancer had summoned to keep watch of the cave while Angria and the bandits stole the Falmer's armor, piece by piece, from Jolgierr Barrow.

I'd take the enchanted staff you find on the bottom of the lake, as well. There is an NPC names after teh staff, but I do not believe there are any quest ties.
