Help with game on External HD

Hello everyone,

Having some trouble after moving to a new laptop and I would appreciate any help anyone has to offer. I Installed my game on an external harddrive, including all mods through MO as well as using Bash, LOOT, etc. all in the same folders on the HD. It all worked well but when I plugged the HD into a new laptop, it refuses to recognize the majority of the mods I had installed in MO. I copied the folder in Documents/mygames as it was on the old computer but I'm wondering if it maybe has a pathfinding issue? If so any idea on how to remedy that? Or could there be another problem? So frustrating as I had finally gotten the game to work perfectly with all of my chosen mods but I can no longer use the old computer. Thanks for taking the time to read this and thank you for any help.

I found the file but when I try to rename it, it says there is an error and it failed to create Modorganizer/profiles/Default/modlist.txt

I tried to rename that one as well, but it only created a duplicate when I ran it with the old ModOrganizer.ini

I went through and renamed all the G HD names in the directories to H, which is the new HD's name. The mods show up in MO now, but are all out of order and disabled as if I had not done it yet... I'm thinking I am still missing a link somewhere but I am at a loss as to where.
