ColePC97 Posted August 30, 2015 Share Posted August 30, 2015 Been noticing a shine around the edges of my character that won't go away. Unsure what's causing it - only that I only started noticing after reaching 100 enchanting and getting the "Extra Effect" perk. Removing the perk does nothing.
