OMG! Im the first to reply....
Balmora is my personal favourite, not least bacause of the random crates full of goodies, which u can loot at your pleasure
And I know it aint a city, but Seyda Neen is a good place for a thief like me: the locals may shout at u a bit, but they dont report you when you loot every house u can get into
made about 1000 or so gold just looting the place and got all the chitchin (sp?!) armour that arille sells
Also secured myself a nice hideout in the lighthouse after i killed the woman
God I love being evil....

my favorite city is probably Balmora cuz its a nice size and ive got a couple of hide outs there, and nt to mention the plentiful merchants as well as most orgonizations are based there. but vivec is also a fun city, its realy big so its easy to run away from those nasty ordinators when ever i kill some one or steal some thing....also ist fun harassing vivec when ever i get my hands on a scroll of ekashes(sp?) lock splitter!

Suran.
I think it's one of the most aesthetically pleasing cities in all of Morrowind; plus it has everything you could want: Fast travel, lot's of merchants, services etc.

In right order:
1. Balmora - Everytime I come back there I feel like beeing at home. Its a comfortable place to hang out in the taverns with some mazte in your hand.
2. Suran - According to the better bodies mod. I like that place.
3. Ebonheart - I like the mediaeval style of that stronghold.
4. Vivec - Long walking to get somewhere..sometimes annoying at lower lvls. Nevertheless impressive.
.
.
.
.
7694. Seyda Neen - I leave the boat and everybody wants me to leave again..."What do you want, outlander?!?" or "Go away!" ...personality 30 sucks.
And then this little male without a father called "Fargoth"... Ill murder him one day...

None.
I really hate the way structures look in MW to be honest.
Well then, maybe some Telvanni city then, and if I have to Mournhould, at least that archticture is tolerable, but the interiors are crap...

...That one in the place with the thing....
Or Ald Velothi. I just love how it is so out of the way, I think it is very asthetically pleasing, and just looks good
That one or tel Fyr, which really isn't a city, but how can you not love a dungeon FULL of people with corprus?

First, I felt the same as some of you said in a reply. Beeing at Balmora was beeing home! Maybe that was my first favourite city.
Now I love them all in a way:
Architecture: Medieval style in Ebonheart; the cyrcular doors in Sadrith Mora and Grazeland's citys; the crabs in Ald'ruhn...
People: Balmora and Vivec are the greatest.
Services: idem.
Nature: Suran, because of the mountain just tied to the city; Gnisis, because of the strange mushrooms (mucksponge).
Interiors: Maybe House Redoran's big Crab - OK, Ald'ruhn it is...
