Water.fx isn't automatically generated, it's one of the files you install. You can find it in your data/shaders/ directory.

If you didn't have a water.fx file, you wouldn't see any water.

I have given this file my endorsement.

Will there be rippleswater displacement?

ironically enough, I wasn't seeing any water. I thought I'd fixed this by changing the tilesize back to 2048.0000, and the water looked good, but then I noticed I had no water.fx.

Thank you

For some reason, no matter how much I played around wih the settings, I couldn't seem to get the reflections to work. The rest of the water shader worked just fine, but the reflections specifically just didn't want to work. I tried both the manual and OMOD version, made sure there were the proper changes in the .ini, and so on. I'm not sure what's causing it, but could it be a conflict with another mod? I made sure to turn off my other water mod (Natural Water) when loading this one.

Make sure you have only one OBGE dll installed, then post the contents of your OBGEv2.log

The reflections worked after I got rid of an old version of the OBGE plugin from one of my other mods (Screen Effects). Thanks for the help!

I am having a problem with the water after installing this mod. The mod looks fantastic, however after installing I get what appears to be a flooded cyrodiil from high places near lakes. I have tried reinstalling but am met with the same problem. somebody please help!

An error occured in the wizard script:
Line: EditINI('Oblivion.ini', 'Water', 'bUseWaterLOD', 0)
Error: (Line 12, Column 52): Too many values left at the end of evaluation.

Also, the water in ponds and small dams don't show until close.
