Pretty much the game is too dark even with game gamma maxed at 1.0, I have tried changing the gamma in the .ini settings which while yes it does work once you move the slider bar back then to the desired number it forces dx11 even if your set for dx9. In the setting it can still say dx9 but according to ocd it shows dx11 and it doesn't just say it's dx11 but really dx9, the fps lower and if I select dx11 instead I can turn on dx11 features without restarting.

Either way what I want to know is it possible to make a mod that increases the gamma to a set amount or just increases the gamma bar so you can choose yourself without forcing it to dx11.

My rig is old and outdated otherwise I wouldn't mind running dx11 but with what I have it doesn't run the greatest.
