I have given this file my endorsement.
We can't turn our backs on you for a moment can we Emma?
Because the moment we do you do something like Red Rose Manor
This is one of the simplest complex houses I have even gone into - period. As soon as I got all the baddies cleared out and the fun quest taken care of (I loved the shades of Sleeping Beauty - complete with the spinning wheels) I got to looking around and the more I saw the more I adored this manor. The manor is laid out well and everything feels like it's supposed to be there (a big thing for me) from the stairs right on up to the furniture. The nicest part of all is that it is big, but not so big it feels like the furnishings were tossed in as an afterthought.
The fact that light doesn't shine in when it's dark out was amazing (I love houses like this - adds to the realism) and I was fortunate enough to be by a window when dawn broke. On the balcony, I liked how the LC firniture was used - it looks as if it's truly a weathered table and chair out there and was a nice touch.
I loved the fact that you can grab a loaf of bread, get some soup, pour a tankard of beer, and pour a pitcher of wine is a testement to the time and thoughfulness you placed into this home. So no more companions raiding the larder - they can just grab some soup (if the correct ingredients were used).
The basement felt like it was ready to be used for anything and had a utilitarian feel - the anvil was just crying out to be used. The hidden chamber was a nice touch as I like my characters to be able to swim without being harrassed bu slaughterfish and mud crabs.
I didn't use the Magic Mirror to teleport anywhere, but I did locate the crystal to operate it so when I'm ready...
Now, believe it or not, there were a few things I didn't like about Red Rose Manor; but they are basically minor cosmetic things that, if I had even a modicum of your skill, I would have done.
1) The stairs leading up to the house may have looked a bit better if the had more of a tier with them (the ground was flat when you come to the landing of each staircase)
2) I think the manor itself should have been fenced in somehow (like a small rose shrub fence?). After exploring the inside I ran around the manor, got ambused by a wolf, and was not happy about it (I was unarmed, unarmoured, and got Helljoint - but I survived the attack).
But all in all this is another fantastic house and, I for one, am glad you shared it with us.
Thank you for the endorsement and for the thorough feedback, it is much appreciated

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by that there should have been a "tier" with the stairs... i.e. I literally don't understand, english isn't my first language and I can't find any explanation that seems to fit in when I check my dictionary. So if you might care to explain a bit further it would be great. Maybe you mean there should have been some kind of handrail??
You do have a point in that it might have been good with a rose shrub fence. I don't have rose-shrubs, though... the climbing roses I have put together in nifskope by using landscape-ivy and roses from modder-made flower bouquets. But maybe I could come up with something. I'll ponder on it a little. I'm very newbee at landscaping changes, I've had to throw several versions of the manor in the trashbin because I ruined the exterior when trying to do something good with it. But, I'll probably tinker on it and see if I can make it better in later versions (as you have probably seen by now, none of my mods tend to stay at ver 1 for a long time, but I always upgrade them in a way so that one doesn't have to uninstall/reinstall).
It's great feedback, I'm happy you like the mod and the things you mention I'll take to my heart and think them over
