Can anyone help me? When I go through the portal to the fire world (sears) it crashes my game even though I have the patch...

EDIT: I figured it out. Not fair to bury it in one of the books =
I put all the things in the Aurum Reactor, then cast any spell on it

I fired it a few times launching a green fiery arrow at a target. Now it's not working. I try to cast it, my character throws his arm forward as if you cast the spell, the area around me glows slightly, and a humming sound effect plays, but no arrows appears and nothing takes damage (I was trying to shoot a bandit).
Also what does the Draw Aurum effect of the spell do?

Also there seems to be a cool glitch if also using unnecessary violence 3. When casting summon astral stag while on a horse I will summon an ebony atronach instead. I didnt even learn the spell yet.

Ok so I've been playing with this mod for a while now, and have made just about every spell in the Aurum Incantatem, Midas Magic for Dimmies, and the Anima (Summons) book.
I have found several things that bug me.
Bound Volt Edge summons a sword called Shock Sword. Shouldn't it be called Volt Edge? My Blade Skill is 95 at the time of posting, and the darn thing's Base Attack is 5! And has low durability for a conjured weapon. The only nice thing about it is it still retains the 20 points Shock Damage the original Ebony Longsword had and I can use it 83 times.
Death Ray apparently does not create filled soul gems when used to kill NPCs. It seems to only work on Creatures.
I still can't get Acid Arrow to work more than once per hard reset. I literally have to exit the game completely just to be able to use it again. Transmute seems to follow the same patern and doesn't seem to do anything either.
I noticed Mage Shield has 20% Fire & Shock Shield, but has 21% Frost Shield. Typo maybe?
Midas Touch tends to crash my game a lot. Which is a pitty as I really like the spell.
Summon Ebony Blade/Goldbrand/Claymore creeps me the **** out. I thought they'd be normal Bound Weapons, but no they become summoned creatures and hover as if held by an invisible hand. The creepy part is the shrieking sound effect that accompanys them.
All the summonable mounts look weird when I try to mount them.
In first person view the Centurion's head is looking right at my crotch. What's worse is he looks really sad. Also he only has two speeds when you ride him. A slow stuttering chug-chug-chug, and LOOK OUT FOR THAT TREE! His motorboat altmode could be redesigned too. I think both arms should join the front orb, and the wheels fold back to become propellers instead of flip over on top.
The way my character rocks from left to right while riding the Snow Lion looks silly.
The way my character stands on the Flying Carpet looks stupid. Also the carpet's controls are awful. Walking speed is slow as molasses, and when I hold Shift to run it takes off like a rocket. I tend to crash a lot while trying to steer the damn thing. Having the flight controls toggled by the Shift key is a stupid idea.
Several spells fire off center. Like the Heat Beam will shoot more to the right the more I look upwards. Makes it hard to hit anything unless the target is perfectly level with me dead center and point blank.
I still don't know what "Draw Aurum" does. If it's a script effect that doesn't do anything, why have it? Maybe the game would be a little more stable without it?
The book Aurum Incantatem is way too long. It might be a good idea to break it up into individual volumes that each focus on one school of magic, and then have the Novice spells up front and the Masters in back.
The Fraternity is great, but seems unfinished. One lame quest an it's done. Why not make it a Radient Quest where each week to you get a randomly generated shopping list, you return with the items for a Gold Nugget, the list is removed, and next week you can come back for a new random list.
The Astral Plane has a habit of completely vanishing. I'll be walking along and the ground suddenly disappears leaving me stuck floating in the void forcing me to reset.
Nuclear Blast is missing a mesh. I shoot someone with it, and their bodies are replaced with the big yellow WTF! thing. Which is actually pretty funny.
The Reaper Outfit is also missing a mesh.
And I can't get SEARS to work for the Stargate. CTD's everytime I enter it, and I loaded the patch.
I have also noticed the damage from these spells doesn't seem to be effected by the Difficulty Slider. A 40p damage spell does 40 at easy, 40 at normal, and 40 on hard.
Also I am running Oblivion XP in conjunction with this mod, and enemies killed by any script effect spell do not grant EXP. I get EXP for enemies killed by Summons and spells with normal icons like Chain Lightning though.
