I just picked up Oblivion after so many years, now on my Pc I could mod the hell out of it. And Midas Magic is the first on the list, and I remember watching the videos a few years back and wanted to do all these things. Now, Im trying to take things slow, making spell by spell, looking for the components and everything. Now then, I just got the magma ball, which is awesome but when the thing explodes close to you and your character catches fire, then suddenly I cant move it. I don't know what is going on, the character just stands there doing nothing, AWSD stop working, and it can jump but with no animation, just stands still and moves horizontally. So I come here to look if this is a common problem, and I notice other comments about some spell not working, some thing crashing, etc, etc. So I remember Skyrim, the middas spells are also a good addition to the game, but the mod feels incomplete. In skyrim the middas Tardis is supposed to move across the map, and it was a feature promised but never added.
And Im thinking whoever made this mod, which is a good addition to the game, but has stopped working on it and leaved this mod also incomplete, and thats disappointing, because in the Nexus, this middas dude seems to have a lot of fans and his mods are extremely popular, but I can see that he only makes things one time and follows up a bit and leaves things uncompleted, sorta like a 12 years student. Nevermind I guess I just cheat and forget all about the quests and things.
But if anyone knows how to fix this small problem where if I get caught in an explosion I lose WASD, I would like to know, thank you (I can use WASD outside gameplay, like in console or in free camera, enableplayercontrols doesnt work).

Any chance of making this compatible with http://www.nexusmods...on/mods/17479/? Moriarcis City of The Dead? Apparently they share the same external cells. I really want to be a true necromancer but cannot give up this mod.

Damn.. Was just about to install this and I always check the posts before hand.. A LOT of issues.. sounds like it would have been fun to have.. Oh well.
Maybe the author can elaborate on such problems? seems like they never do though.

Ok I have spent the past four months working on a FAQ/Walkthrough for this mod.
Only thing I have left to do is tidy up the Table of Contents and make a last minute proof read.
Does anyone know where I can post it? I don't think GameFAQs would take it since the mod is not
official content.
Does anyone actually want this, or should I just keep it for myself? ![]()
