I typed the psb command into the console and now have entirely too much stuff in my spell book (this is what I get for my curiosity). Does anyone know how to revert the command? Thank you.

Best bet would be to load your last save. You could probably create a script that uses a combination of OBSE's GetPlayerSpell and vanilla SelectPlayerSpell* and RemoveSpell to remove specific spells from your spellbook, but this would be very tedious, and couldn't be used on abilities.

*To avoid removing the currently selected spell.
