Hey Ugly!

This plugin adds 3 spells to your spellbook:
Taunt (Frenzy Humanoid on Touch)
Soothe (Calm Humanoid on Touch)
Sweet Talk (Charm on Touch)

On casting these spells, a random message is shown to allow the player to "talk" to NPCs.

Currently only proof of concept, 9 messages total, 3 per spell.
Cleaned with TESAME.
