Do you mind if I ask why Rope arrows were cut, and why Basso doesn't have any Topics?

Rope arrows do the same thing as Vine arrows.
I'm waiting on voice-acting for Basso's quest before giving him any dialog.
Hopefully coming soon.

Looking pretty good so far, I DL'd OBSE and launched from there and seems to be working fine. Found the shop and wondered how I got the key, then got approached by the kid, prob solved!

Only thing is, Basso and the kid both have really weird eyes, but the mod is working and I have the arrows and the shillelagh, so I suspect my stealthy assassin (she is actually Listener) is going to have a really good time with the stuff...as she is retired as an Assassin maybe she'll turn her Mastery of Sneak to thieving...

Pretty cool mod, i have been waiting for it. It works well, only a few weird bug, like the eyes of the boy, and Basso... But it doesn't matter.
Anyway pretty good work, i can't wait for some quest which will make us have to use those cool arrows. 10/10

If Basso or the kid have googly eyes, it is because you have a mod which adds custom eyes to the game.
It's a known issue with those types of mods, so I'm sure there is a fix for it, but you'll have to do a search for more info or contact the author of the conflicting mod.

Yeah its true, i have got a mod which add more eyes choice : elaborateeyes.
But it doesn't matter...
